Model Release (Summary)

By checking the box below and submitting, you confirm you have read and agree to the Model Release. This lets Lexa Bergen use your photo to showcase her work (website, portfolio, social media, print). Your images will not be sold or used for unrelated purposes.

    What you agree to:

    - The photographer, Lexa Bergen, can take my picture.

    - They can use it in:

    - Online (websites, social media)

    - I understand the photographer may take behind-the-scenes images or video during the session.

    - These could show equipment, setup, or people working at the session.

    - These behind-the-scenes images may also be used for marketing, social media, or portfolio purposes by Lexa Bergen.

    Your rights:

    - You understand the photos may be shared online (for example: Lexa Bergen’s website, portfolio, and/or social media) to show their work.

    - You agree you will not ask for money later for this use.
